Ready to BE happier?

What if you could BE happier right now, would you take the opportunity?

There is so much research linked to how practising gratitude can make you happier, healthier and feel more connected to others. Many of us know the research, however how many of us actually practice gratitude?

This is what we as a group are going to do for 365 days - practice gratitude! 

Starting on Monday January 1, 2018 as a community (yes it is live) we will invest time each day practicing gratitude. 

There are many ways you can choose to practice over the 365 days from sending a thank you card, making a phone call, writing in a journal or taking a photograph. It really is up to you!

Each day you can track what you are grateful about, how you express your gratitude and share it in the group if you choose to. Also, the power of group accountability will help you to keep going for 365 days. PLUS we'll share with you some cool resources along the adventure. 

Dates: January 1, 2018 - December 31, 2018.
