There is so much research linked to how practising gratitude can make you happier, healthier and feel more connected to others. Many of us know the research, however how many of us actually practice gratitude?

This is what we do in Grateful You - cultivate gratitude! 

Starting in your own time and at your own pace, you can start to cultivate the habit of gratitude.

There are many ways you can choose to cultivate gratitude from sending a thank you card, making a phone call, writing in a journal or taking a photograph. It really is up to you!

Each day you can track what you are grateful about, how you express and cultivate your gratitude.
